Why is the Queen topless?
jackslash, her Royal Majesty is modeling and stripping on the side. Buckingham Palace needs repairs and she doesn't get enough money from Great Britain. :)
I can't see anything in the actual bill at the size it is. In the closer picture of the monument, I can make out the overall breasts of two women but I can't see any nipples so I don't see and big deal there. That is the close up pic of the monument, not what I see on the bill. The third person looks more like a bare breasted guy than a girl. I can't see any boobs on the third or maybe I should say second person on the monument.
Personally I like it better when the disguise is more clever. Like show a flower but it really is a pussy in the middle.
