I will be in Tampa for a week with lots of down time. I have spent a few hours reading reviews of the many clubs in Tampa and surrounding area. I have been to Tampa several times before and sampled some of the obvious choices.. Mons, Ybor, 2001 etc. I am looking this trip for diamonds in the rough. I typicLly don't go for the barbie type. Any thoughts on where is trending up? Also, any thoughts on late afternoon spots. Typically I stick to 20-40 dances and get a lot of them- looking for a little fun but nothing over the top. Never been big on VIP service. Looking for suggestions. Thanks for the help!!

SKIN Tampa. It's one of the newer clubs. They offer free shuttle service like the clubs in Vegas. It's not a huge warehouse club, so you get a more private/personal feel.
