Baby Dolls or Spearmint Rhino if your pockets are deep and you have some game. For the absolute best chance I'd probably say hit the shift change at the Fare Club at Cabaret Royale.
It's a BYOB club, but Cabaret Royale next door has a bar. Bring a nice bottle and commiserate with the ladies getting off of the day shift that didn't make any money that day. I've never done this personally, but I hear good things from my friends that still live there. PM me and let me know how it goes.
Alternatively you could go to some of the black clubs in Arlington, read the reviews for the high mileage ones.
