Well, he does have two reviews, even if they aren't current. If he hadn't, I wouldn't even have offered up that little bit.
The Rochester Rick's was pretty good 5 or 6 years ago. Don't know what's happened since. He sold his Buffalo location, but I dint know what he did about the Rochester one.
