It's her first time but says she really wants to go. Has been bi-curious for a while and we are going to a food/wine fest there anyway so she wants to give it a try away from home.

I'd try The Men's Club first, followed by Fantasy Girls. If those don't work (and in-club mileage in Reno is poor), there's The Mustang Ranch on the outskirts. You won't have much trouble finding a taxi driver who knows how to get there, as all the taxis are adorned with Mustang ads and a run to the ranch costs a fare of a small fortune.
