Stripper faces deportation

Ukrainian stripper Yuliyana Moshorovs'ka, who ran off with one of her clients, will be deported if she doesn't renew her work permit.

To make matters worse, she might have breached her contract with the Teazers strip joint, with whom she apparently has a three-year-contract.

But the exotic dancer and her lover, businessman Michael Kalymnios, insist that she never signed a contract with Teazers owner Lolly Jackson and says any contract Jackson is able to produce is "a fake".

This week Teazers received a letter from Moshorovs'ka's attorney requesting that the company release her from her contract, which she told the Saturday Star she never signed.
The letter states that Moshorovs'ka's contract had terminated and therefore Teazers should release her from it.

However, according to Jackson's records, she had in fact signed a contract with Retrospective Trading, a subsidiary of Teazers, for three years.

This means that her contract ends in 2011. The Saturday Star has a copy of this document in its possession.

Jackson says he is aware that Moshorovs'ka's work permit has expired and has contacted Home Affairs numerous times to inform them.

"When we bring girls here we do it on a corporate permit. And it's only valid for a year. We usually renew the permit when there is a good working relationship," said Jackson.

Meanwhile, Home Affairs spokeswoman Cleo Mosana said that according to the Departmental Movement Control system, Moshorov'ska's permit expired on November 20 last year.

"She can be deported if there is no extension application," Mosana said.

Last month, Jackson said he intended to counter-sue his "arrogant, ill-disciplined and disrespectful" former employee and her "fat" lover for damaging his reputation and that of his well-known club, Teazers, for creating the impression that clients were able to find "wives" at the club. Continues...
This was after Kalymnios and Moshorovs'ka filed summons to sue Jackson for defamation after he called Moshorovs'ka a "whore" and a "prostitute" and accused her of "using" Kalymnios, who Jackson referred to as a "fat f***".

Kalymnios accused Jackson of threatening him and leaving intimidating messages on his cellphone. He also said the Teazers boss had sent him an SMS with his bank details so he could deposit R50 000 into his account for Moshorovs'ka.

The couple, who met a year ago, are claiming R4 million in damages.

They told the Saturday Star they fell in love after Kalymnios took the 23-year-old Ukrainian woman out a couple of times, apparently paying Jackson R5 000 for each date.

Jackson, meanwhile, is unperturbed by the couple's legal action.

"I'm not the guilty party here. They should just pay me out for the time she is supposed to be working for me," he said.

And this is why you don't want to run a strip club. It is a good ole fight between seductress and exploiter - even match.

Thanks for posting this heartwarming story, Sam. Who says you can't find true love in a strip club?

Sounds like a possible human trafficking case to me:
