  It's happened to me primarily between 8-10 a.m. the past few days.

  I now know what you guys were talking about. It was awfully slow this morning but now it is loading fine.

  Shortly after logging in tonight, it hung up and then I saw the messages "waiting on [view link]" and a timeout error something about the server for tuscl taking too long. After that it seems ok so far.

  I doubt this correct, but I heard yesterday in some rambling talk with others, a reason it might be slow. The statement was made that the IETF has put out a notice to those that control the hyperlinks, that they should prioritize WWW IP traffic by content. So they decide to pass through business traffic first, then say education, news, sports, whatever. But if it IS true, I would bet sex traffic is way down the list.
