For those of us on a tight budget... some tips

Yuyevon
Everyone always says set your budget, don't bring any plastic, and stick to it. The problem is that if your budget is $60 or so like me, that's gone after the cover, drink, 2 dances and tip. What I like to do is first set my budget which is anywhere from 40-$100 depending on the time of day. Secondly, I proportion my cash into the denominations i would like to use them in.

For example: My budget is $80. The club I'm going to has 4$ drink and 5$ cover. I'll bring 2 fives, one for the cover and one for the drink+tip. To make sure that I don't go in, blow my load on a visiting dancer or an old favorite, I'll get $20 one-dollar bills to force myself to spend some time scoping out the place. If table dances are free, bring singles as well for easy tipping. Nothing is worse than having to give a fiver because you are out of singles and are ashamed of asking for change. So I am at $30 so far and have $50 left. If private dances are $20, then $25 is a fair price for a dance with tip. So I have two dances, 10-20 songs at the stage, and no chance of wasting money that I can't afford to.

Occasionally I will budget an extra 5 or 10 in case you find a nice dancer that you want to buy a drink for. Another use of an extra 5 or 10 in your pocket is after getting a dancer a drink, you can ask her to accompany you to the employee back entrance where you can smoke and meet some other dancers.

A buddy of mine's favorite thing to do is eyeball every model who comes up and sits on his lap, and before she can ask if he wants a dance he just says "I have limited funds, I don't want to make a mistake on whom I pick" and bounces her on his leg for a few minutes while he thinks. Then when he's about to lose her, he says "i need to think about it more, but you're the leader in the clubhouse so far" and if she understands what he means by that, even better. He usually gets girls to sit on his lap for an entire song doing a little soft grinding to convince him, and he swears that the private dances have become better using this method. He even has a testimony that when he went back on a slow night, one of the girls who he "thought about" but ultimately spurned gave him a free dance to show what he was missing out on. But because he is a douchebag he just said that he made the right decision last time.... but I digress, back to point.

Divide out your bills the way you want to use them, and having this game plan will help you. But just like any coach who plans for a game, always be ready for an audible.
I might be tempted to fish for a "2-for-1" opportunity.... as in "I'll buy a dance from you if I get a second one for free." The dancer may object & counter, but such is life.

Good point CT, some clubs only allow dancers to do a 2fer1 when the DJ announces it. Always make sure you find out if the club has 2fer1 offers. Some dancers will lie and say no...but just stick around an hour or so and you'll find out. Also some clubs only do 2fer1s on certain days. Tuesdays seem to be popular days for 2fer1s.
Ah, my fellow cheapskates, er, I mean frugal brethren. Actually Yuyevon, my experience is that dancers appreciate and "reward" regular spending, even if limited.

Sam - As I was leaving the club the other night, a dancer asked, "See you next week?" I said sure, and then she said, "Tuesday, right?" Of course, Tuesday being, as you note, their 2-4-1 day, lol.
Being a regular consumer of a certain Dancers wares usually leads to rewards down the line. It has for the most part been that way with me. Just try to be sure you get "REWARDED"!
Steve, Even better if you get there in time for the free buffet!
I will admit that I found this article a little depressing though. If I only have $80 in the budget I would probably put it aside until I could add more to it - I don't think I could stand being in a club and fretting over every dollar spent.

I concur with Steve229 - I've never been a big spender in clubs, but I am a regular spender. So when I go, the dancers avail themselves to me for a time slot commensurate with my spending, which is nearly always enough for me. I've noticed some guys will do the "dollar showers" at the stage and then spend profusely back at their tables, sometimes with multiple dancers at once. I've also noticed (with some exceptions) the same guys acting boorish, talking shit and trying to game the women (I eavesdrop sometimes when they're sitting close by). And so long as the men spend, the girls stay, which can be a long time. I'd rather share a drink, have a dance or two, and enjoy a pleasant conversation (catching up with already known dancers and learning about the new ones), and then leave myself open for the next one to stop by.

Whether my "budget" is $50 or $500, I don't give much thought to breaking bills. I haven't found it to be a big deal to get a bunch of 1's, whatever from a 20 for cover or drinks. Since I stop by ATM, and 20's are universal ATM dispense, why waste time in bank line , or 7-11 run to get a bunch of small change?
If one is strapped for cash, but not for time, why not spend the extra time in 2nd job, or structuring ones debt better so one will have a better $tash for club visit. While odds are that 1st dancer encounter isn't going to be the best available, one should be prepared to "audible" for those 1 in 5-10 times where the 1st dancer is the best that you're going to get. Likewise, recognize when best to bail, and save current stash for a better time some other visit.

minnow, wise words indeed. I currently spend obscene amounts of money on strippers each year (you will notice I did not say in SCs - a lot of that money gets spent OTC), but in my earlier years I would horde it until I had enough to ensure I could have a decent time. And if a club visit was not going well, I would take stage left and save it for a more opportune time.
I spend 80% of my budget on otc / itc sex (Direct) and 20% on SC fun like dances (Indirect). I try to spend no more than $100 on dances in a single sortie like exploring a new club. Its a good idea to have lots of small bills for drinks and tipping. An anology is my team runs an offense with 4 WR and one RB. Consequently most of the plays will go to the WR's vs the RB (non extras girl).

A really good otc girl who you really click with who is smart, drug free, fucks like a champ giving it to you how you want, and who's BF / SO does not know will be after you to meet you 2-3 times a week or more. This will drain a lot of funds, making any exploration (SC, other girls) either impractical or difficult. The upside to this is the price will come down if your a frequent flyer and giving her something in bed he's not. Such a gal is a keeper and you want to treat her well. It turns these gals on to get different dick especially if there is shopping money involved.

I could not have fun in a club on a budget. Sometimes I leave spending 20.. sometimes 2000.. worrying about money when you have a beautiful rack in your face and a perfect ass in your lap kills the mood... save until you can afford to enjoy yourself.

LOL player I like that analogy. Here in Ohio, our football teams are known for their running game (RBs). Columbus does not have a pro football team but their college team is one of the best in the nation. They have made it to championship games several times with their powerful RBs. However, they went to the championship game a few years ago and lost to Florida...a team that was known for their good use of WRs.
I expect to spend about $250/month. If I spend $100, I'm back in 2 weeks. If I spend $500, I'm back in 2 months.

Assuming your going to a club and not doing any extras, I would say $100 to cover dances and another $50 for drinks and tips should be adequate. When Dreamers (South Houston) was operating this budget could go a long way with their $10 dances ($5 on Wednesdays) and free lunches (order from menu).

I would luv to go to Brads Brass Flamingo in Indy (hear they have $10 dances) and I bet thats a neat club.
