one cup or soy,<br />
1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnomon,<br />
1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger,<br />
1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg,<br />
1/4 teaspoon of ground cloves.<br />

Just make sure you blend well, and have the person or person's consume my<br />
beverage 1 hour before hand.</b></i></span><br />
