This used to be a favorite haunt some years ago and was disappointed with it on a visit a few years back, but they've managed to do something that isn't easy once a place starts spiraling: They've righted the ship dramatically. Whether it's Cheetah not being such a threat or keeping up with Tootsies down the road, the girls were no worse than 7 across the board, the place seemed to look better, etc. There was a time not that long ago where Scarlett's seemed run down, but not now. Still haven't taken the big VIP plunge to experience it for myself, but they've always had good enough couch dances to where it doesn't matter.
