My recent experiences at Kahoots hadn't...
My recent experiences at Kahoots hadn't been great, but a friend gave me some free admission passes, so I thought I'd give it another try. Went to the door and gave my pass, but it turned out there was some special fetish party that night and they weren't accepting free passes. Against my better judgment, I paid the cover and went on inside. Sat down at the bar to order a drink and asked for the specials, expecting to hear that they had $3.50 Coors Light pounders as advertised on their website for Friday nights. The bartender told me there were no specials, and the pounders were $5. Now I expect drinks to be more expensive at strip clubs than your average bar, and I don't mind paying a cover now and then. But when you refuse promotional passes because of some "event" that wasn't mentioned anywhere on your website, and you refuse to honor drink specials you advertise on your website, I have a problem. I'll be throwing out the passes and have no intentions on going back.
On a positive note, Kahoots has typically had above average dancers whenever I've been there. However, on past visits, very few ever actually approach you let alone stop to talk.
