Nice New Place

I have been going to Siren’s for about 30 years and was sorry to see it close during Covid. But the story was, they were remodeling it and it would open soon. That was about four years ago. They spent a lot of money on the place putting marble all over the outside and then it is sat for several years. I didn’t think it would ever reopen. But surprise, a couple of weeks ago I drove by and it was open. So I just had to stop by and see what they had done to the inside.

Stopped by on Wednesday at about 12:30 PM. Big fancy new front doors. When you go in there is a station to your left with a girl checking ID’s and collecting the cover charge. They had a lunch special that you paid the cover, (I forget how much) and you got to pick from three different meals. I wasn’t interested in eating so I just paid the $5 cover and went in.

You have an option of turning to you right or left, expect the area to the left was closed and still under construction. The area to the right is the same area as the old club except they gutted the whole place and built everything new. A big beautiful stage with all kinds of fancy lights was down the wall to your right. To your left was a big wrap around bar that went all the way around to the area under construction. There are private dance room at the north end of the stage. The same spiral stairs were still there that went up to the VIP area. In front of the stage are a bunch of new tables and chairs that are jammed in pretty tight.
