On the street, there was a persistent hawker for the club, but the cover charge was taken at the club entryway upstairs. The club itself was long (in a direction perpendicular to the street), relatively narrow and dark (even for a strip club). Much of the overhead illumination came from those purplish "black lights" (something with annoys me). The bar was near the entryway and the stage was further in. Tables and chair were crammed in, though at the time of my visit, the club had relatively few patrons and even fewer dancers. There were plenty of bouncers (more than the number of dancers). The dance booths were on the floor above. Most booths had low walls and open doorways with a few strings that provided no privacy. Each booth that I visited had a large symbol-filled poster indicating all the activities prohibited (I never figured out what was allowed).

First, I should say that all the dancers were quite attractive, polite and spoke english fairly well, if with a french accent. However, even on a Friday evening (and I did miss my beauty sleep) I only saw six dancers (even counting the ones dancing up in the booths). The stage dances were few and far between; when a dance did occur, the dancer was clothed during most of the dance with only a brief flash of nudity at the very end. All the lap dances that I got were topless and I never did figure out how to ask for a nude dance (as I saw other patrons getting). While there was contact, I found the lapdances rather unstimulating. While polite, the dancers seemed rather distant and cold. Having a bouncer cruising back and forth during the dance did not help matters.

Other reviewers of this club clearly had a fun time. Something must have been lost in the translation. Unless I can figure out what I did wrong, I probably will not revisit this club.
