I dropped into Rick's on a Friday night around midnight to meet some friends. Cover was $10 (plus $5 to watch my backpack), floor dances were $20 with a reasonable amount of touching and grinding by the girls. $60 for a dance in the VIP area which was not private but more secluded.

The club itself is really cool, very nice and classy. The music wasn't too loud which was particularly good since we had a large group of friends there. The girl to customer ratio was not good at all. Friday night on Bourbon St and the place was full but not crowded, but there just weren't enough girls to go around. Most of the girls were attractive, but a little cold. You seemed to have to seek out attention, and then when you got it, it was clearly forced.

Of course, there's always that one gem among the jaded mass of strippers, and once I found her she quickly emptied my wallet in the VIP area. Of course, I can't remember her name, but she has short brown hair, nice enhanced breasts and a smile that will grab your attention from across the room. If you see her there, head directly to her and just hand over your wallet.
