Not as Rich Guys Hooters substitute.

I reviewed Sassys last year, and almost everything I said is still true. They still have awesome stage shows, with all hot skinny dancers in their 30s to early 40s dancers. They are still slightly popular with the hipster crowd for their good beer, but the hipster crowd is much smaller than it used to be and a little older. The girls on stage still get right in your face for a $2 tip.

I went there in late afternoon on a Saturday, hoping to get some of the cheap but awesome food they used to have and use it as a hooter ss substitute, watch hotties while you eat. While the food is still relatively cheap, it is no longer upscale, being a little better than McDonalds. If you still want great food and hotties for not very much, drive down 99 and go to Acropolis.

The dances at Sassy’s used to be all air dances, so I never got them, I only enjoyed the great stage shows. I thought the change in food menu may have indicated new management which may have meant better dances. However, there was essentially no hustle for dances at all at this visit, just one girl mentioning private dances at the end of their stage show, and I saw no other customers getting dances in the about 1 hour and 15 minutes I was there. I took the lack of hustle to indicate that the dancers knew no one would buy dances from them because they were all air dances. I cannot say for certain that dances are still air dances because I did not get one, but the signs are there.
