Phoenix for a Day

I ended up spending a night in Phoenix while on vacation and decided to see what the club scene was like here. I was staying near downtown so there were several clubs a short ride away. I originally planned to explore the city more but it was too damn hot to walk around very much. After trying out a local brewery I decided to go to head to hi liter since it seemed to be one of the famous spots on here. I took a Waymo to avoid any shameful judgement from an uber driver, and headed in the club on Friday around 4:30pm.

I was surprised how nice the area seemed nearby. There was some coffee shops, restaurants, wine stores right next door. I walked in and was greeted by the doorman. I show my ID, and didn't have to pay a cover. I don't think anything was scanned unless I just wasn't paying attention. The doorman gave me some speech about how there is a waitlist for the tables, but mentioned he would come find me when there's one available. I thought that was nice of him, so I tipped him. (spoiler alert, he forgot i existed as soon as I entered the club). The club is U shaped with a bar to the right. I almost walked into the girls changing area on the ride side looking for the bathroom, and was quickly informed by another patron the restrooms are on the left side. There was a bathroom troll wanting tips each time you pee . The tables were all full, but I was able to find a seat at a bar and grab a drink

I broke my lap dance cherry at the bar and grabbed a couple of $10 dollar dances from the first girl who approached me. Ok contact, but nothing crazy. I scanned the room and saw several of the more attractive women standing around looking bored. I would say over 40 women working that day. The women definitely outnumbered the men there. Probably 90+% latina, but most pretty fit and attractive. I had several more drinks at the bar and finally found a table as a customer left. I was approached by a thicker looking but attractive lady who said she was latina / asian mix. We chatted for a while, and she had to disappear for a few minutes to do a stage set. At this point I was several drinks deep and it was closer to 6-6:30pm, so decided to try the VIP after she returned from stage.
