Afternoon weekday visit.
I went on a Thursday in the afternoon arriving around 4pm and don't recall any cover at that time. The club itself was nice for a smaller town and a rural / industrial setting, long bar against the left side as you enter and the stage and tables on the right (although I never saw anyone use the main stage as long as I was there). Most of the customers skewed middle aged to older, club felt totally safe and seemed clean to me. There wasn't much going on when I arrived maybe 5 customers and 2-3 girls working so I took my time and had a few beers (I think they were $6 each). By the time I left at 6:30 or 7 there were probably up to 6 girls working so I think this club has more going on at night.
All of the dancers I spoke with seemed to be native Quebecois, mostly white, average in the looks department. As an American with no French language skills it wasn't really a problem, only 1 of the 4 girls i talked to didn't speak English. I was operating in CAD but the conversion certainly made things seem like more of a price value to me. Most of the girls had good attitudes and were easy to talk to, there was only 1 I saw (probably the best looking one that night) that was clearly all about the hustle, immediately ask for a dance and move on if you don't want one that moment. Most of the girls were average, when I first arrived the bartender was the best looking one there. I talked to another girl, claimed to be new (said her first day... hard to believe), for a good 20-30 min before we went back for a dance. Dances were $20 each, full contact grind, over the pants attention to me, and touching was allowed and encouraged just about everywhere (tits, ass, etc). After 1-2 dances she made it clear that there were up charge type options available that would allow for more of a full participation experience, was quoted $100-$300 across the full menu of options but didn't partake.
Went back to the bar, bought a few more rounds as more girls arrived and found another one to take back for dances. I should have mentioned, private area layout is almost like a department store changing room... narrow hallway with small rooms on either side, rooms have doors on them. Very similar dance experience, this girl was also forward with the offer on extra circulars.
I think the primary appeal of this club is modest pricing on things like drinks and cover especially compared with the bigger city clubs combined with a good number of girls willing to offer a range of extra options. The trade off is more 5-6s with the occasional 7-8 vs. the variety and 8-9s you might find in Montreal.
