Wow, badder

Saturday night visit, around 7:30 pm.

I've been to this club a hundred times probably, even back in the Lamplighter days but it has been over a year since my last visit. I have never, ever seen it so bad as was this time. One dancer working. You have to walk through a metal detector to enter, that's new to me and disconcerting.

Cover was 5 bucks. Import beer was 6. There were 8 dudes sitting at the bar and one dancer, who was kinda hot. I'm not gonna beat around the bush on this one. I stayed about 15 minutes, long enough to finish my beer and catch a little of the convo the dancer was having with the little gaggle of dudes she was holding court for. I heard her say 40 bucks for a couch dance. I don't think that is the real price, it was 20 a year ago and I can't even imagine what could justify a price like that in a place like Superior and considering the legal "difficulties" this joint has recently had. She was trying to roll a dude I think but no matter. This place was a complete bust and I left after one beer.
