Vegas Show Girls
We went to Vegas Show Girls around 8:30 last night (Saturday). The club itself was OK. When you walk in there was kind of a big atrium with a couple of pool tables in it and a cigarette vending machine. The next room has the bar and stage. It was comfortable light, not too dark or too light. It also had a pool table in it. The bathroom did not have a door but the entrance hid the occupant. It has one of those troughs you would piss in.
The bartender was actually pretty sexy. She was white and a little of the plump side but she had a really big chest and was wearing a push up top which displayed the cleavage. They had two dancers, who technically were not dancers. They were cocktail waitresses who would dance on stage. One was back with a nice thin body. The either was either a very fair skinned black for or was Hispanic. She was thicker with a nice chest. I tipped the black dancer a few times and had the lighter skinned dancer dance on stage a few times. There is no lap dancing and once the dancers get off stage they grab the note pads and will go around the bar taking drink orders.
The drink cost as actually cheaper that some of the trendy bars on Broad Street. The cost for a Bud was $3.75. The cost of a pool game was about one dollar. The bar tender explained the city has outlawed strip clubs or made it so difficult to find a location to have a club that it was basically impossible to have one. This club and the one across the street were grandfathered in. When the owner died they could no longer be a strip club so this was their workaround – having the dancers actually work as waitresses. I assumed that this was the reason everything was so cheap. The guys in the club were all types, black, white and Hispanic and for the most part they were very talkative and friendly. One guy was joking with the bartender that people would be very upset with the Masters next month.
