The Curious Case of My New Furry Friend

I don't come to Phoenix very often, but I've been to HL a number of times over the years. This was perhaps the most underwhelming visit I've ever had.

I was patted down and my ID scanned. I don't love that but whatever. Cover was $10.

The place looks the same as it always has. Stage in the back center with the restrooms on the left and the dressing room and DJ booth on the right rear. The bar lines the right side. The bouncer tried to sit me along the wall. Back in the day, the floor dances were $15/song if you were along the wall - $10/song if you were on the floor. Not sure if it is still that way but I figured as much as the dude tried to get me along the wall.
