Two things to remember about Tangos: (1) on average, it's much better than the Kansas City clubs. (2) It's not as good as Bonita Flats Saloon, less than one quarter of a mile east. In physical terms however, Tangos has the edge. It has a much nicer appearance, inside and out. It is larger and a more interesting layout. The parking lot is paved. I noticed several expernsive cars in the Tangos parking lot -- NONE in the Bonita Flats Saloon parking lot. That in itself practically says it all. Because Tangos is visible from the highway it naturally attracts a lot more casual business, can charge a little more, and make things look nicer. Cover is more expensive, drinks are more expensive, and the girls seem to be a little more reserved at Tangos. If you want to spend yourself in a more upscale environment, more power to you, and you can have a nice time at Tangos -- the girls and waitstaff are friendly and flirty. I like them. But I will probably skip it on my next trip to Kansas City / Olathe. B/C I get a better value by driving a few hundred yards east.
