Playhouse Returning To Form--Almost

It has been several years since I've hit the Playhouse Lounge... I've followed its ups and downs some by reading TUSCL reviews over the year and it has sound like recently it has come back up. My memory of my past times there are so positive I was hesitant to spoil them but today on the way back from NYC I pulled into the parking lot around 4PM....as soon as I walked in, there was that old-time Playhouse vibe I remember, a kind of convivial party feel. Reggaeton was playing over the sound system and two dancers--one very attractive bleached blond with bolt-ons and one moderately attractive bleached blond with a decent shape--were on stage dancing with spirit. I could see ranged around the room several other dancers--mostly Latinas by looks, maybe a couple Brazilians (the Playhouse used to be famous for their Brazilians and their trademark ultra-sexy assertiveness). There were maybe 25 customers and the vibe just felt good! I have to say though a fair number of the dancers, though generally attractive, showed some signs of mileage ( maybe from having given a lot of mileage lol!) ... I'd say the average age was 35 and three or four looked to be in their 40's. A sign on one wall said "lounge: $30 4 minutes"... evidently the lap dance room was now in a different location than in the past.Mercedes--A tall, slender decent-looking brunette with nice, rounded, good-sized boobs--which she gladly displayed to me--came by and with a few encouraging strokes suggested a dance. I passed as I had just gotten there. A few minutes later a blonde East European-looking woman with a pleasant face and excellent body came by pitching a dance but again I passed. I was scanning the room for that one dancer who would be right up my alley; I spotted one very curvy Latina with a mischievous smile who, though not normally my favorite type was such a good representation of her type and seemed to radiate "let me please you"that I could envision very satisfying dances. But she was tied up talking to a customer. When she went on stage I poised to catch her coming off ( I was sitting near where the dancers came off) but just as her stage time ended another dancer came by--the brickhouse bleached blond with bolt-ons--to engage me and by the time I sent her on her way, the curvy Latina had gone by me and back to the customer she had been hanging with. At that point, I decided to move on as besides her no one else was ringing my bell. To sum up: The Playhouse is a really enjoyable hang, the dancers are friendly, sexy and not crazy aggressive but many looking a tad worn... and there were no 9's and 10's. I will go back!
