Downward spiral?

Went about couple of weeks ago on a Friday evening. Around 10pm but the place was quite empty. I overheard later that night someone got stabbed a few weeks prior. Some of the customers were hesitant to come back. It felt like it. There are two pool tables, which are almost always occupied on the weekend evenings. This night I had my pick. I got a beer from the bar and started playing. A few minutes later a thicc brunette (Kara or Carmen?) came by wearing fishnets and bikini asked if I wanted company. I felt awkward about it but did not say No. she just stayed table side trying to chat but was awkward about it too. I asked if I can tip her a few dollars, and she rubbed up against me when I did. She left soon afterwards.

After two games at the table, I sat at the bar to watch. There were only 4-5 girls at that time doing extra long sets. None looked above a 6, IMO. I tipped a few dollars each, but it was uneventful. All the girls had some form of pasties on after taking only their tops off. They might have made $5-7 dollars for each of their set, since there were so few customers. I left soon afterwards, maybe I spent $25 that night.

I guess the incident scared people away. There are a lot shadier clubs on Pulaski Hwy. But I’ve never felt unsafe at any of them. Im not sure if this is the start of the death spiral for this club or not.
