VIP dances are fully clothed

We went upstairs and the manager showed me around at the expensive rooms (which are more private for sure, but also 10k per hour). I settled on a 30 Min VIP in a very private looking room. Turns out, the dances are fully clothed and they didn't tell me. She told me she could take her top off if she stood on the table, so I let her do that, but when she got back on me, she put her top back on. She said that with a decent tip, she would be a little more seductive so I tipped her (I was planning to anyway) and it was only a little better. She was pretty boring and it felt very forced.
