Decent, you know ... for Kansas

Whispers is a low pressure environment & comfortable place to burn an evening. It seems like nights can be hit & miss ... with some evenings where the dancers really bring a lot of energy to the stage and some nights where the stage routines feel ... routine.

The first time I visited Whispers I didn't even realize that lapdances were an option, because nobody approached me to sell anything and I didn't see any traffic in & out of the back room. On this visit I was approached politely and without pushiness, so I decided to give it a try. The dances were expensive -- $25 a song -- but the rooms were fine; not private enough for anything illicit to happen, but not crowded so you still felt like you had the dance & dancer to yourself.

All in all, I will probably return to Whispers on some other slow winter night where I want to have a few drinks with nice scenery.
