How does this place stay open?

I was bored on a Friday evening, so I decided to pay a visit to the infamous Mitchel Brothers. The lobby feels like it belongs to an old movie theater, and it turns out there IS a theater inside. A dingy tiny little movie theater that had the dvd menu for a porno playing, but not the actual porn itself. Going further into the building, there's a hallway straight down and a tiny little stage in the far back corner. Two poles on the corner edges of the stage, and it is DARK. There was only maybe 4 or 5 girls working at the time (around 9pm), and there were huge gaps between each dancer. Probably 30ish minutes. It was definitely not a great experience.

I definitely got the impression that some of the dancers there were willing to go for extras, but did not confirm myself. None of the girls were really my taste, except for one, and she charged $600 for 30 minutes in one of the private booths ($600 just for the room, no extras discussed). The girls weren't bad looking, but there was so few, the place felt deserted. It didn't help that there was only 5 patrons in there that I saw.

So is this place shutting down or what? It definitely feels like a business on its last legs. Perhaps if it gets a more enthusiastic owner, they can get more girls in there. It's definitely a cool venue, but the lack of girls and crazy prices for private rooms killed it for me.
