How do you get them unglued from phone or regulars?

They had 4 dancers when I arrived and they were taking breaks in between time spent on stage. The main problem with this club whenever I have visited is dancers do not interact with customers much at all. They are usually busy texting on their phone in the corner or they sit with some guy for hours without making any money, I do not get it?? It is almost like a neighborhood bar that just happens to have dancers. I left with a pocket full of cash and did not get any dances. Save your funds and head closer to Detroit area clubs.
