Down in WPB for a conference, hopped in a cab and my buddy said the line from the title. The cabbie laughed and said this was the place to go.

Pretty dead in there, so we were pounced on when we walked in the door. Decided to go straight to VIP - we agreed on a full price (door + tips) that was about the most I had ever agreed to anywhere. Nonetheless, the second the doorman walked out of the room and the money had been paid, the negotiations re-opened and she barely even took her clothes off. Uncool. My buddy had more luck - same $ I spent but with no further negotiation and high mileage (about as high as you could go). We went back out on the floor after that session, and I found a different girl who was much more accommodating.
