Local club with mainly older dancers in the afternoon.

I visited this club on a Tuesday afternoon. It's located just outside Montreal Chinatown, a short walk from Old Montreal. When I visited, there was no cover but you have to tip the bouncer to get in. I tipped $2. I don't know if that's a normal amount, but he was fine with it. He explained to me how it worked there: It's a stripclub (I knew that), you have to order a drink (which at $5.50 for a soft drink is cheaper than other clubs in Montreal), contact dances are $10 and you are allowed to touch everywhere, except between the legs. With that knowledge, I picked my place near the stage, where one of the dancers was showing her skills. Unlike in other clubs, where a waitress rushes to your table as soon as you sit down to take your drinks order and a girl tries to tempt you to a dance, here I had to wait for a few minutes. I was even getting worried that the bouncer would come and tell me that I really should get a drink. Fortunately, none of the waitresses noticed me coming in but when one did, I could finally place my order. The club is very dark so at first I was struggling to see what the girl on stage looked like. The one who was dancing when I came in looked like okay. By the time the second girl came on, my eyes was accustomed to the level of light and what I saw was good. This was a young girl in her 20s with a body that most of us would not mind seeing in a bikini. And she danced well. At just $10 per song for a contact dance, I was already looking forward to getting my hands on her for 3, 4 or even 5 songs. Unfortunately for me, she went to sit with another man and soon they were off to the private booths for a good time. But I thought, no worries, I'll just join the gueue and go after him. In the meantime,I would just watch some of the other girls. Sadly, the other dancers didn't even come close to her. They were all way older (I guess late 40s at the youngest and many over 50) and I was in no way interested in contact dances with old women. So the only thing I could do is wait for the girl I wanted to be available again, drink my drink as slowly as possible before I needed to buy a new one and hope it wouldn't take too long. Unfortunately for me, the guy who was with her enjoyed his time with her and had the money to spend on her. After 40 minutes dragging of sipping my drink and watching grandmother after grandmother taking her clothes off on stage, I gave up and left.

Now, I will try to be objective about this club. I think it's a club that is primarily visited by locals. When you come in, they'll speak French to you at first. The prices also suggest that this is not a club that's normally visited by tourists. This could explain why I didn't get a dance with the girl I wanted. The guy she went with was likely a regular so that was bad luck for me. The other woman were much older so if that's what you like, it's definitely a club you might like to visit, especially since the prices are significantly lower than in other clubs. The dancers are not as pushy as in other clubs and if they won't come to your table to offer private dances to you if you don't pay attention to them.
