One Dancer Makes The Visit

Club Downtown is very accessible if you're staying anywhere in downtown Montreal. I visited on a Saturday and it was busy, but not quite packed full. The cover charge was $5. The host/bouncer expected a tip when they saw me in, though they weren't quite as aggressive at showing me to my spot as at Chez Paree. My bottle of water was $8. Amusingly, the waitress actually apologized for charing me that much for a bottle of water.

Club Downtown had a good stage show, with dancers putting in effort to be entertaining. The club space, fairly long and narrow, isn't great for watching the stage, though. A good section of the club that would have been good to watch the stage was taken up by big booths where dancers sat between sets. The dancers were all pretty attractive, with a nice mix ranging from very petite, athletic women to many with good curves. A bunch of the latter had artificial breasts, but a decent number were natural.

Dances are done in the back, in curtained booths. They were $15 each, up from the $10 I remembered from my last trip. There's a $5 charge to go back, but the dancers all paid this themselves. These were typical Montreal "contact dances". All of the dancers I went back with continued to be friendly and present during the dances. As with other clubs, these dances had almost no return contact. They sat on one leg and bent over me and whatnot, while allowing touching, but without doing much of anything else. There was one exception to this. A cheery blond with curvy hips and small breasts chatted me up at the table. When we went back to the dance area, it started out pretty similar to the others, but she gradually increased the contact quite substantially, eventually grinding pleasantly and even doing some stroking with her hand all while connecting well. It was by far the most physically engaging dance I've had in Montreal.
