Club's Anniversary Party did not disappoint

Thanks to a previous TUSCL review, I had the anniversary party on my calendar and you should, too-July 15th. Timed it right and had a blast. Thank you Strip Club List!

First of all, I was pleasantly surprised by just how easy the place was to get to-if you're looking at a map, it looks like it's way, way out there-but it's right by the airport. From the states, that means easier to get to than downtown-the Mercier bridge and associated traffic way easier to deal with than the cluster fuck surrounding the northern bridges. Pulled up to a strip mall with plenty of well lit parking out front-hate to repeat myself, but park smart, friends: Montreal is in the midst of an auto theft epidemic, FYI.

Walked in, there might have been a doorman, but the people clustered at the entrance were all talking without noticing/acknowledging me, so in I went-it's also possible that the fee was waived for the party. The space is long and somewhat narrow, stage in the center of the space surrounded by tables, booths to the left, bar straight back and bathrooms behind the bar. There's an ATM by the entrance, but hopefully you've come prepared and won't have to pay the service charge that clubs assign.

Place was PACKED. At 6:00. On a TUESDAY! Party brought 'em out-but one of the dancers told me that the place serves as the neighborhood bar, so at rush hour, she claimed, it could look like this anytime. Clearly, further research is required. Draft Molson was $7/CA tax inclusive-pretty decent deal for a Montreal club. They had some complimentary finger foods out for the party while still offering their full menu.

The wild part of the night was, obviously, the girls! They were everywhere-it was more or less shift change and most of the dancers that I saw just sat with some of the tables and drank after shift, so the ratio was easily the best I've ever seen-obviously, this was for the anniversary party, and like I said, I'll be taking another look sometime soon to see how a regular mid-week night compares.
