Consistent Experience

I thought my last review of this place would be my final review, but there still seems to be a lot of confusion about the quality / experience at Delilahs.

I've been here about 5 times now and have had identical experience every time. Different days of week mostly at night and once during afternoon.

Atmosphere: on outside looks like a warehouse on a residential block across from a church. Makes you feel like a creep walking in/out. I also get the feeling of being watched but I'm paranoid. On inside place is nicer than I expected but certainly not high end. Expect to pay $20 walking in. 15+5 for a water.
