Keep on hopin'

So every few months I make a stop at Scruples in the hopes that something has happened that will make it more fun. So far - nada! Location is obscure, but at least not a threatening area. I tend to pass by and stop here in the early evening. Maybe that is the problem? Maybe later things warm up? This recent visit, just like several before was disappointing. There are actually some pretty girls dancing here - but I don't really understand why? It isn't for the money. Dollar parade is quite tolerable and the girls virtually never circulate outside the bar, and never ask if you want a private dance. I know some places the girls are so aggressive that it can make you uncomfortable, but at Scruples the girls are so un-aggressive that you wonder if this is actually a strip club or just a neighborhood bar with some dancers. I don't get it. But....in a few months I will feel the urge to check in again and see what is going on there!
