I've been here a number of...
I've been here a number of times over the years, and its never lived up to its reviews - either on this site or when chatting with friends. The club is right off federal, very close to another club with close ties (Pure Platinum.) There's a prominent sign out front, but the entrance is on the side of little strip mall, not the front. I mention it only because I gave a friend directions to meet me & he got hung up out front somehow. There's ample parking, I paid $5 to self park but the way the valet ask for it seemed shady, like there maybe isn't really a parking charge but he just wanted to rake me for a few bucks or something. My buddy said he didn't pay to park, but he parked way out front - so I don't know what's up. Inside, there was the typical cute girl collecting a $10 cover & meant to be intimidating bouncer who looked at me like he wanted to pat me down, but he didn't. Just past the checkin area, there's a hallway that breaks 3 ways, left to right: to the restrooms, to the main area, and to the restaurant. I proceeded straight to the main area, but take note that there is what's billed as a legitimate restaurant here. There's a 20'ish seat bar with no pole in the middle on your left as you walk in. Then, the place opens up to a main seating area with another bar along one side, a number of booth/cabanna type seating along the the other sides, an octagonal main stage with a little catwalk, 2 piano's for satellite stages at either end of the seating area, and then typical small tables with armed chairs filling in the rest of the place. There's a separate dance area with little couches that offers privacy from the main area but not from other folks getting dances. Everyplace I went was clean and well maintained, if not "top quality" materials. I sat at a table, and after a while was approached by a waitress who eventually brought me my reasonably priced ($6 after happy hour, I think 2-4-1 before 8pm) domestic and later brought me a cocktail ($9). She was a little slow, but friendly enough. The lighting is well done, and the music volume is a little loud but not too bad. The DJ cut songs pretty short (Sorry Papi Chulo, no stopwatch), but otherwise he was good - he always mentioned the girls name/called the next girl between songs in a way that was comprehensible and kept the commentary to a minimum.
On to the girls, which is the main reason I go to strip clubs & the selection here is the main reason I don't come here often. The girls are older, I think there was one girl in her early twenties and the others all looked mid thirties. None of them were ugly, no fatties, no thuggs, no emo/goth looking chicks, but there wasn't a single girl that made me look twice. All run of the mill typical girls. More eastern european than latin, and the two girls of color where very light skinned with "white girl" hair (well, extensions.) A number of the girls spoke little English, and although they made some effort to chat the language barrier made it feel like a "wanna dance" drive by. The girls do the typical 3 song set, in a gown, topless, then nude. I didn't tip at the stage, this club has a webcam that's online and while I don't mind being on the clubs camera's I'm not sure I want to be online copping a feel - it might ruin my campaign for President in 2017... I did buy a few lap dances with one girl, mostly because I wanted to see if there was enough magic in there to make me change my mind about the place. There wasn't. Dances were $25 and were basically the same as those at other clubs in S. FL. On the second song she started trying to sell a room, at $500 (1 for the club and 4 for her) I wasn't even remotely inclined to see if she delivered on her promises. I did she did start to offer a lower price, but I didn't even let her finish to see what it was, as unless it was like $25 I was done.
