Not inexpensive but well worth it.

Many reviewers have described this as the best club in pompano, and I might agree from what I’ve seen. It is a large club with a very large and extended parking lot. About 2/3 of the lot (likely 70+ cars) were parked on this Thursday evening at 6PM. Security circulate substantially in the lot, so it felt very safe. there is a $2 charge to the door guard. I walked in and there was another suggested tip bowl but no entrance fee. I dropped another $2 in the jar. The place though large was quite full and many of the tables were reserved for groups of 3 or more. While it was blistering bright outside, inside it was light enough that my eyes needed minimal time to adjust.

There were signs on most of the tables saying that table dances were $10 each. There were girls of all colors and almost all were 7+, most were wearing G-strings or less. Most also progressed to nude on the stages.As best I can tell most also spoke English but I can’t say for sure. There are 3 stages, one with three dance positions and one that is in the middle of the bar. This is not much of a stage tip place with minimal or no personal contact with the stage dancers. I wandered a bit looking for a best place to sit moving from a stage side to the bar and to a table. All sites were comfortable and there were so many girls, all nearly naked, that I don’t remember much else. Private dances were very private, $75 to the bouncer, officially $25 per dance plus whatever you negotiate. I negotiated $200.

I will definitely be back. Though DD is great I would rank Cheetah a bit higher. Larger rooms and the dancers are more fun. Both have much better vibe than Porthole.
