Not the best.

Went to Tootsies and this was my experience. Arrived relatively early (like 8pm.) Paid a cover (I believe 10 dollars but I don't remember that part.) Sat down in the downstairs area in front of the main stage. Drinks aren't too expensive, I got a beer and a water for like 12 dollars. The hustle factor is high here. There are some really good looking women, but the main women that approached me were not that. Trying to get them to leave is a whole task in and of itself. There are a lot of VERY aggressive cuban women here who have kind of a canned shtick. I ended up going into the back room with a dancer, three songs for 100. She was pretty hot, but kept telling me that the VIP was the way to go. She quoted me 300 to the club and 500 for her. That seemed wild, but also seemed like there were actually no rules back there. After talking my way out of the VIP I went back to the floor. I'm a little confused about how the dances work here because the rest of the dances I got were also 3 for 100 but they took me upstairs. There were a lot better looking women upstairs. Got a dance with a Dominican Woman who really knew what she was doing, which made me so happy I didn't do the VIP. Spent most of my night watching the stage show, which is good in terms of looking at hot women, not much for pole work or anything like that. This is a weird place. There are hot women, but the hustle factor is off the charts and you can spend a lot of money here quickly. I left around midnight feeling like I might not come back. I'll check out the other clubs in south florida first.
