I visited this club on the Sunday before Mardi Gras. Before things get too busy (usually around 8 pm), almost every strip club on bourban street has no cover charge, so my buddy and I started from Canal street and checked out every club we encountered in search of the perfect place to spend my friends bachelor party that evening. This club was relatively very large, clean, and had two stories with a balcony to overlook the action on bourban street. The bottom floor has two poles and dance booths and is free before 8 pm at which point they increase the cover depending on how busy it gets. The second floor is much more quite and also has dance booths and one pole but also has access to a balcony overlooking bourban street. The cover charge for the second floor was fifteen dollars but it included unlimited reentry all day and night (note they raise the prices as things get busier). We decided to purchase our second floor entrance early while prices were cheap (15 dollars) and came back around 1 am.
The dancers are relatively all good looking, with many different ethnicities and body types represented. I did notice however, that almost ninety percent of the dancers had at least one tattoo. I am not too sure how representative this review will be in terms of dancer quality as I visited this club during Mardi Gras so a few of the dancers were visiting from other cities. They were very friendly and spent lots of time talking and flirting with you before asking if you wanted a dance, which is always nice.
The couch dances are the usual Déjà vu / Larry Flynnt vending machine style in which you insert money into a machine to turn the light green. When the light turns red, the dance is over. Couch dances usually last about 5 minutes (Sundays are 33 percent longer) and cost 30 dollars. They are very intimate and medium to high mileage. While the couch dances can get a bit hot, the dancers know how to hustle and are a bit reserved, making it amply clear that almost everything is available in the private booths. I never asked how much these booths cost so I can’t comment on how they were, but the prices in general seemed very similar to other déjà vu clubs I’ve visited in California.
