I travel extensively and visit a lot of clubs. This probably tends to influence my perception of value. If you live in this area and haven't been to many clubs, this may be terrific. And it's not bad, I guess. But I'll be working in the area for the next couple of months and I can't imagine I'll ever be back.

The cover is the highest I've ever paid anywhere in the country, from New England to California and several places in between. I understand why, as the club doesn't serve alcohol except at the bar next door, separate from the club. So they have to make revenue somehow. To their credit they don't charge for the limited selection of soft drinks they offer in the club. Some places do. The gouge you on the cover, then don't serve alcohol, and charge $5 for a Coke or whatever. So, anyway, the cover seemed steep.

Within a minute or two of sitting down, I was approached by an attractive young lady who introduced herself and joined me. Tasha, I think she called herself. She was very sweet, but very aggressive. I get it. She's there to make a living. But because I was still dragging a bit from the 1800 mile drive I'd just finished the day before to get to the area, I was probably a little less patient than I might otherwise have been. We hadn't talked for more than a couple of minutes when a waitress stepped up asking if I wanted to buy the lady a drink. Again, a major source of revenue for the club I'm sure. I declined.
