In town for a conference, I arrived a couple days early to check out the area. Lots of club options along Bourbon St., figured I'd start with The Hustler Club. Paid $10 cover and grabbed a $7 water and took a seat near the stage. Club was pretty empty, but that was kind of expected based on the time/day I was there. Dancers on stage rotated after a few (short) songs. Dancer quality ranged anywhere from 5's to 8's, with most falling in the middle. The club was clean with typical Hustler Club lighting/setup.

Just me and about 3-4 other guys at the stage, with some other groups of guys and several couples as well sitting at various tables. Dancers seemed friendly and appreciative of the tips at the stage. After seeing ~5-6 dancers, I decided it was time to check out the upstairs balcony area. Took one of the better looking dancers (Gemma?) up for a few dances. Dances were $30 each and Gemma offered 4 for $100. Time flew by, and she was much better 1-on-1 than her stage show let on. Wish I could have stayed with her longer, but I went back downstairs, sat at the stage to check out any other potential dancers. That early conference Tuesday morning was going to be brutal enough after drinking all day, so after another 30 minutes, I decided to call it a night.

Overall, it was a decent place, and I can imagine it gets pretty crazy on weekends and especially during Mardi Gras and Jazz Fest. Not sure when I'll be back in this area, but I wouldn't hesitate to stop by again, although I'd also like to check out some of the other action.
