South Florida has a well-deserved reputation for some of the best strip clubs in the US, although it’s doubtful most reviews would include West Palm Beach as part of that top national ranking. In an area awash with dive clubs, though, there are a few standouts. I’ve visited other Spearmint Rhino locations, and their consistent brand coupled with the local talent pool puts the SR-WPB well above average in many respects.

It seems if you’ve been to one Rhino, to a large degree you’ve seen them all. After paying a reasonable $10 cover, you enter the main hall. The layout is mostly open, with the main bar to the left as you enter, main stage in the center of the room, and several alcoves around the perimeter for lap dances. Booths and tables are available throughout the room, as well as ample seating around the stage and a smaller amount at the bar. Since this visit was on a slow weeknight, I opted for the latter.

After ordering a drink from the attractive young lady tending bar, I surveyed the crowd, and more importantly the talent on display. Most, but not all, dancers go fully nude, and use of the pole ranged from impressive to nonexistent. Dancer quality was consistently strong, especially considering this wasn’t a “first string” shift. There was a reasonable variety in height, hair color, ethnicity, and body types, but based on this rotation it’s not the place for those who prefer their female companionship thick. I’d put the range between 6 and a solid 9, with the average solidly 7 or better.
