I went there essentially to check it out and sit down for a couple of hours. It is essentially a long bar with three dancers dancing on the bar top, while a couple of topless bar-maids serving from the other side. At one end of the club, there's a separate circular bar with one other topless bar-maid, where some customers prefer to distance themselves from the main action and the dancers like to hang out between shifts. Each dance shift seems to be about 15mins, with the three girls starting off fully clothed, then going topless and finally naked. Once they go topless then they start approaching punters (particularly those nearest) for lapdances, which start at E10 for topless and E20 for fully nude. None of them are that pushy though and the atmosphere is very good humored, down to earth and relaxed.

Some of the girls are good looking, others maybe less so, but the dances I had with a couple of girls were good with plenty of hands on contact.

This kind of venue is very much a novelty for this city (possibly even the country) where a lot more 'harder' material is on offer. However, it provided a welcome respite from trudging around the area, the girls are generally dutch, reasonably attractive and good natured and unlike the US there's none of the annoying dollar parade to put up with.
