I tried out club obsessions on...

I tried out club obsessions on a Wednesday night. The inside of the club has been completely remodeled from the old legs, it does have a nice clean feel to it, but the seating felt a bit awkward. Some of the awkwardness probably came from the main stage area being closed with the dancers using the small stage (circular stage around a single pole with a railing). I'm guessing they only use the main stage on busier nights (weekends) but I didn't ask so I'm not sure that is true. They are still doing work upstairs in the lap dancing area and outside of the building. The club is non-smoking, which for me as a non-smoker was nice. They are building a room on the outside for people to smoke in, and the dancers went upstairs to the dressing rooms when they needed a smoke. Having the dancers run upstairs was a bit annoying, but no less than sitting a smoke filled room, so overall I liked the non-smoking aspect.

The club was nicely lit when I came in, but they quickly dimmed the lights after the dancers started. The lighting was fine for the club, but it would have been nice to have more light on the dancers on stage. I would think the lighting on the main stage would have been better, if they were using it. The club did seem clean, and the bouncers were picking up glasses and bottles pretty promptly.

There was five girls working when I went in, four of them were quite fit, one was plump and a bit trashy looking. When I first went into the club (around 10pm) there was only one other customer and the girls hadn't started dancing yet, but started within minutes of me getting there. I stayed a few hours and they did have more customer come in a bit later. Most of the dancers put on a decent stage show, using the pole and dancing instead of just shaking there asses and expecting a tip. One dancer came over and talked to me, she had a nice personality and was fun to talk to. She seemed pretty content to talk to me and get a few tips from me when she danced, never pushed me to buy a drink or a lap dance. I did get a one song lap dance ($20) before I left, decent amount of contact, I would buy another one if I find myself back there.
