Lipstixx tries to bill itself as a sports bar type of strip club, but utterly fails. The place has little in the way of decor and only four flat screen televisions. The club was dirty. The chairs looked stained. If I remember correctly, a bottle of beer cost $5, which is not too bad for Bourbon Street. There is a main stage in the center and a small satellite stage near the front wall. A dancer will do two songs on the main stage and then two songs on the satellite stage. A single dollar can get you attention here and two dollars might make you a leading candidate. Lap dances are $40 or 3 for $100. VIP starts at $300 for a half hour and can be had for a full hour at $600. Dances are in a dark shared room accessed through the courtyard. VIP gets you full privacy in one of the former slave quarters. I don’t think there are cameras anywhere inside the club away from above the cash registers and bar. The club seems to attract lots of black guys in their twenties and thirties. This place and Little Darlings seem to be their go-to spots. At one point about 50% of the clientele was African-American; however, there were only about three Nubian dancers. The bathroom was small and needed maintenance. I didn’t go in there but I could see and smell it every time the door swung open. The club could be better if it got renovated and had some money put into it.

The quality has dropped since the last time I went to this club in 2010. Last time I was here, you could find a decent number of girls you’d want to fuck. On my Wednesday night visit, I’d say there was one 7, one 6, and the rest of the girls were below that. From what I saw the past week, the entire Bourbon Street line-up is way down. Decent looking girls were not readily available at any clubs. This club had a couple extremely ugly Russian girls working. A few of the girls carried a little pudge or needed to work off the baby belly. I saw another named Pebbles who had tattoos on 60% of her body. Still another girl looked like Jeffree Star. One dancer offered me her three-hole course in the VIP for three bills. I got a feeling that was the standard fare here.
