First of all, the exterior of this place is very seedy. But given the location of the club as well as Torpeedos just up the street I'm not complaining too much. Actually, since the entrance didn't have questionable people loitering outside of it like Torpeedos, I decided to check this joint out of the two on the street. I parked on the street and chose the correct door to enter as there isn't much signage. Upon entering around 1 AM, the three sided bar was fairly empty. I ordered a beer and the female bartender served it quickly with a look of 'why are you here. Apparently, they close at 1:30 AM though the a couple strippers walked behind the bar doing the "I'll give you a peek for a dollar" routine. Not that great really, 30's, over weight, mixed ethnicity. Since I new they were closing soon I asked the second girl to walk over for a LD. She said no LD's after 1:15 is the house rule. I figured I'd just finish my beer and hope I didn't run into trouble since no one was all that friendly. Fortunately, I caught the eye of a blonde stripper who was mid 20's, a little bit awkward looking, thick glasses and tats but an excellent natural bod. I played it up a little and told her I got there a little late and just wanted one LD. She convinced the bouncer to let me go to the LD room which consisted of a small room with semi private curtains. I tipped the bouncer a $10 for allowing it and hoped it might help me if I needed help getting out of this local's joint. The LD was very good. She earned he $20. I left with a word of advice to watch out for cops looking for drunks. Since I only had one beer I wasn't concerned. However not 400 ft down the road I passed a cop. Considering the location, this was a good thing! Anyway, I got what I went for, but would avoid in the future. $6 beer, $20 LD, $10 bouncer tip, $2 in stage tips. I'd let the locals have fun here. If your like me and seen many clubs, you'll want to pass on this one.
