Southfork is a pleasant way to spend an hour or two. It is clean, the help is very friendly and attentive. If you are looking for extras or very high mileage dances, you probably want to go elsewhere. This being South Dakota, the next club is an hour and a half away. SO there isn't really any elsewhere. Still Southfork is worth your time and money.

I stopped in on a Saturday evening on my way down I-29. Exit on HWY 212, go west to HWY 81, then south a mile or so to Southfork. It has a well lit gravel parking lot. Cover is $5. The dancers must come from agencies as there are photos of the dancers on duty in the front lobby and another set for the dancers for next week. So if you find a dancer you like, she probably won't be there next week. I suppose that you need to wait for her to come around in the rotation. There is a nice variety of ethnicities in the dancers; unusual for South Dakota which is pretty uniformly Scandinavian. The club has a fairly large stage on one end, tables everywhere and a couple of pool tables. Drinks are fairly priced. You get a nice, but short, show and dance when you tip at the stage.

Dancers dance a 15 minute set, which is a bit inconvenient as you have to wait an hour and a half or so to see a full rotation. Dancers are pleasant and mingle with the customers. Private dances are in a large room with couches divided off by curtains. There are signs everywhere that say you must keep your hands on the couch arms so private dances are strictly hands off. My dancer strictly enforced that rule, although there was good one way contact and nice grinding. At $20 a dance, they are no bargain.
