Not Fancy at all, but dancers are handy

Fancy’s is one of those no nonsense clubs. There is nothing pretentious about it; patrons come for the private dances, which can be high mileage, but not super high mileage. Few people go to see the dancers dance, so they don’t really dance much. Everyone pretty much knows that and doesn’t pretend otherwise. Cover is $7. I had a Topo Chico for $5, domestic beers are $6 and semi-private dances are $25.

The club is relatively small and becomes crowded with both dancers and patrons. Upon entering you will be greeted by dancers trying to sell private dances. They can be very persuasive, even welcoming you with a Fancy handshake. The place is so crowded with both dancers and patrons, it is hard to make your way to buy a drink or find a place to sit, particularly with the dancers vigorously trying to sell dances. Truth be told, this is not much of a sitting place though. It makes it hard to study the dancers and make a choice. I saw lots of the dancers and a few patrons vaping, but there was no smoking.
