Dont blame the girl for double digit dances. If shes bad, or dragging it out.....leave. There are many top tier girls with customers doing double digits. Some, believe it or not, go back just to talk. Some may have ed problems. Some may enjoy the foreplay, and may not be there for the finish.

Ive always liked to be approached by girls than approaching them. Psychology, they want to dance with me when they approach. When I approach them, they might not be interested in me, or in dancing right then. Otoh, when you're waiting for a girl to approach, and another guy beats you to the punch by approaching her......
In TJ, and other mongering countries, you have to approach the girls. Only the bottom feeders approach you first. They will come and stand near you, but won't make the first move.

Consistency in a lineup can be good and bad. Last thing you want is your atf to leave the club. This doesn't happen here often. Otoh, you can get bored with the same girls always working, especially as they age. Many of the ph veterans do take care of themselves, giving them added shelf life.
The increase of girls having regulars who come in like they have appointments, monopolizing popular girls for long periods of time, seems to be increasing. Ive even seen Ruby and Rosa come in to see guys when they are not scheduled, and leave right afterwards.
That being said, theres still a solid core of girls on most day shift to choose from, who look good and give good dances. If we could add a couple new, young, talented girls, and delete a few bottom feeders, it would solve a lot of issues. I cant remember the last time I left without getting a dance because there was nothing I was interested in. Since I am older than most of the girls, their age is less of an issue to me, although youth is a plus.
But as long as the Ami, Jordans, Ginas, Lucys, Georgias, Kierras still get guys to do dances, making money for them and the club, were probably stuck in a holding pattern.
