Proper etiquette outside a club. And inside
At most, I’d give a friendly smile/nod that could be construed as nothing more than a friendly stranger. And yes, if they’re with someone, I wouldn’t even do that unless they made eye-contact. People who work in clubs deserve to have whatever boundaries they want, and people who go to clubs often do so because they want whatever they get there without the emotional entanglements of real (non-commercial) relationships. I once saw a local bikini barista (and sometimes dancer) I frequent entering her apartment and I turned before she saw me, because I figured there’s some chance it would cause her a lot of anxiety if she thought a customer knew where she lived.

Note that their free cover/drink return special is only for early in the day, I believe. 11am - 3pm I think?

Making it happen in the LDA or VIP room
Thanks, everyone! Especially DesertScrub, who in my short time here has correctly identified me as both LE AND a shill. It's a hard double life, but someone has to do it. I really do appreciate the help.

Thanks for the answers. I'm pretty nervous about anything outside of clubs, because they all require me to identify myself, and even an overnight arrest would probably ruin the few good things I have going in my life. Clubs seems mostly safe and anonymous.

Going to a club while neurodivergent
I'm on the spectrum, and there's a lot that goes on at clubs that I don't understand: like how to figure out when a girl is offering extras or when she's going to get upset/weird if I ask. But at least it's transactional and there are mostly clear rules. I don't know how to break the rules like many of you all do, but as long as I'm okay sticking with stuff within the rules, clubs are great and I don't have to worry about whether a girl is being nice because she's interested or because she feels sorry for me: they're just doing their jobs at the club, and that's easy to understand.

Saturday night Playground: fewer girls, but a quality experience.
Probably, but since I was pent up, I was wearing a mac, so nothing she had to worry about.

To answer Techman, Nude on stage, lapdances were tops-pulled-down from both performers.
