It’s the only game in town so...

A lot of places are struggling to attract talent as they can mostly pull it from the girls local to the area. It has become very expensive and often not profitable for girls to travel from far away as they have to pay for hotel etc. The clubs are trying to make up for after lockdown losses and are squeezing every dollar they can from girls.

Please excuse my ignorance but what is the usual playhouse treatment? Is this something a clean aspiring dancer returning from semi-retirement would not be comfortable with? Thank you.

The girls here are friendlier and appear to enjoy their job a lot more than girls that I have seen at some other clubs. Translating this for you: The girls there aren’t hot enough or smart enough to bank without offering extra services.

Girls are most likely sharing their profits with the club and not keeping the full cost of the dance. A $20 dance today doesn’t buy the same amount of goods it could buy 20 years ago when the dances were $20, and the girls kept all of the money. By the way, I have zero tattoos and don’t understand why many people get them. I personally think they are ugly especially as people get older.

I would like to add a comment about leaving your singles on the table. Often times, girls won’t even notice your singles on the table and when they do, it usually signals any of those: 1. You are trying too hard 2. You only do stage tipping, no private rooms 3. This is “tease” money and is no guarantee that it will end up in the girl’s purse. I don’t know why you called them over and they didn’t come but the guys who hand out $20s left and right are usually surrounded by several women.

Dances are $30. The girl gets to keep $20, $10 goes to the club. No extras at this place. Security is on point.

On a slow day/night, girls don’t want to waste energy until things start to pick up.

If you want a dance from a particular girl, just ask her to come dance for you , easiest to approach her is when she is on the stage. Or just waive at her and call her over, or even send a waitress and tell the waitress to ask the girl to do a dance for you (tip the waitress, if she is doing you a favor). If you send the waitress or approach the girl and the girl says she is busy with someone else, then look for another girl. But don’t write off a girl just because you see her talking to some dude, that doesn’t mean the girl cannot be available to you! Don’t treat a SC as a dating game, if you are as nice as you sound, lots of girls will be happy to dance for you, easiest is just to ask them!

Why not approach the dancers you are interested in? If you come to the club at an earlier hour or on a slow day/night, the women may feel that you are still looking around and not ready for dances yet. They may not want to receive a “no” from you so they are waiting for the sure “yes”, some (many) girls don’t approach more than once after getting a “no”. Some guys just don’t look like spenders and are ignored. The women aren’t psychic readers and don’t know that you have money in the pocket and you want to spend. Just be proactive and you will have a better experience.

The hotter girls are probably unwilling to get their “goods” grabbed by any stranger looking for “value” for his $20.

The clubs are not desperate for dancers. Traveling girls are coming from the places with the worst Covid restrictions. Many girls were out of work for close to a year so they are fleeing the areas that were shutdown the longest.

Correction. On Sundays and Mondays.

Sarasota is a small quiet city full of older people. Many stores and restaurants are closed on Sundays and Tuesdays. My understanding is, the city wants to keep the environment in the area safe and not “too exciting”. In order to do that, entertainment establishments are set up in a way that don’t attract too much of transient and diverse clientele thus less of “make it rain” crowd and fewer enhanced dancers.

I want to add, I understand where this is coming from, though. The girls have to pay the clubs so much, what you think you are paying to the girl, that’s not what she is walking away with at the end of the night, that’s why many girls resort to trying to squeeze a little bit more out of patrons. There is a limited amount of time during the night when it gets busy/busier, and your girl might have been struggling not knowing if she’ll come home with a profit or even break even after all the fees/tip outs so don’t get too upset about an extra $10 spent that wouldn’t even go to the girl.
