This was GREAT!!! I’m from Seattle originally but started dancing at 18 in LA and Dallas when I moved there for college- anywhere is western WA that isn’t a total dive is a deja Vu franchised club, the Seattle stripper listener is $175, $150 house fee, no alcohol
And full nudity- shit I knew I’d never make any money dancing here so I’m not even gonna try it. Dallas was great-$25 house fee, $30 license that never expired, topless only and full bars!!

Omg Baby Dolls was AWESOME! Definitely several factors go into why I am attracted to a particular club, but Mostly I like clubs where they don’t take outrageous fees, they’re unaffiliated with Deja Vu and while I will do full frontal nudity on stage, I’m not gonna spread my legs so far you can see my damn cervix. Some, like Mitchell Bros. I would make an exception for though

From a dancer”a perspective a was way more successful going by Nicole than some of the more typical names. But it goes with my GND persona. I’m not discriminating against anyone’s names but for god sake please stop using diamond as a stage name. It is really unoriginal at this point

Baby Dolls, The Lodge and The Gentleman’s Club were great. I think these are all just topless I believe but Texas is just a great place to dance overall

I could not agree more about “classic rock.” Strip club customers hear enough rap, hip hop, Top 40, plus it was primarily catered to older white affluent men. I like lots of music, but dance to the Stones, Aerosmith, Heart, GnR, AC/DC, even some Sex Pistols.
I consider “old” to be Baby Boomers, basically 55-60+. And I have found that the younger guys who are soooo eager to show you pictures of their Ferrari and floss their alleged wealth with flashy clothes, etc are the ones who are stingiest. And the reality is, unless you’re Mark Zuckerberg, it’s pretty rare to find a young millionaire. That being said, I don’t care how much you make, if you’re generous with your money. I’ve had regulars who were not super wealthy but would go fish in Alaska and want to come back and spend all their earnings at the club. I don’t wanna fuck anyone out of their life savings, I just appreciate generosity. Also when I am sitting with a guy, I always ask him about himself, what he does for a job, small talk, etc. Guys in Finance or any type of Tech or Software Engineering tend to be pretty well-off. Likewise, I’m pretty well-educated, and can spot a liar pretty quick. If someone tells me they are a doctor, I say something like “oh that’s so cool! I considered going to med school. What’s your area of specialty?” It’s a dead giveaway if they can’t answer that question? If I guy comes in, I talk to him and he says that he’s a rapper and would I like his mixtape, I usually move on quick

Thank you everybody for the input! My primary customers were older, white conservative men with money, and even though I couldn’t do fancy pole tricks, I would always make an effort to smile and wink and make eye contact with the audience. I managed to do very well, but much of that was demographic. I’m sure that I wouldn’t do well in a hip hop club that’s big on tweaking or one that has offers hipster Suicide Girl type dancers.

Thanks y’all for the feedback!! I am in Seattle right now and all clubs here are fully nude juice bars with outrageous house fees. When I was dancing, Dallas and Houston were great because of the low house fees, and in general it was just cool to work there. I was definitely not a good pole dancer and made the majority of money via individual dances. I am very well-spoken and well-informed on a variety of topics, currently enrolled in college and now in grad school. I was very good at making connections was easy for me. I saw girls who would just say “do you wanna dance” and then proceed to talk about baby daddy drama the whole time.
I was never a fan of the ridiculously long nails. Because the club required it, I would do an extremely conservative French manicure but nothing crazy. I would definitely consider myself very, very GND.
